I am pleased to offer a Portmeirion National Trust Hidcote basin and pitcher set. A colorful array of many flowers surrounds the pitcher and bowl. It is the large sized set with a 56oz pitcher and very rare.

The set is in wonderful condition with no signs of use or wear. It comes with a little brochure that defines the flowers found throughout. Please be sure to look below and see lots of photos and full description.


This design was created by Julie DePledge for the National Trust and specially made by Portmeirion. The pattern name is Hidcote and was discontinued many years ago.

A nice detail, the inside and handle of the pitcher is decorated in a similar way to the inside of the bowl.

Like the pitcher, the outside of the bowl is loaded with a full compliment of floral designs.

The set comes with a small brochure that opens to name all the flowers in the pattern and a little bit about Hidcote Manor as a National Trust site.

Size	Pitcher - 8" high and 6-1/2" wide across the top from handle to spout Liquid Capacity - 56 ounces Basin - 11-1/4" wide across the top and about 3-3/4" high
Transfer	Very bright and colorful all around the cup with no flaws seen anywhere
Ground	Very white
Glaze	NO crazing, very shiny glaze with no glaze flaws seen
Chips/Cracks	None, very clean inside and outside
Stains	None, except a very little bit of usual shelf wear on the bottom unglazed foot where it sits. It will probably wash off. See photos above and below.
