I am pleased to offer a rare Pomona 5.5 inch fruit bowl with a 'Wilmots Early Red' gooseberry motif. This fruit was retired many years ago and is now very difficult to find.

This excellent rare Pomona bowl is in wonderful condition with no crazing or signs of use. The only flaw I see is a pin-point sized factory caused skip in the transfer which has a full coating of glaze over it. Please be sure to look below at the full description.


The bowl's side is ringed with four pink Pomona blossoms.

Size	5-1/2" across and about 2-3/4" high
Transfer	Great color and bright. The only flaw is one small factory pin head sized transfer skip in one of the fruits. It was too small to catch in a photo and has a full coating of glaze over it.
Ground	Very white
Glaze	No crazing, very shiny glaze, and no other glaze flaws seen
Chips/Cracks	None
Stains	None, except for a VERY slight bit of common shelf wear on the unglazed bottom foot ring where it sits on a surface. Mentioned only to make a complete description.
Use Marks	None. There are not even any little stacking scratches caused from another item stacked on top.

The ID mark is the original older brown colored round Pomona stamp.
