I am pleased to offer a large 8" Christmas Rose or Helleborus Niger Romantic shaped vase. This motif was retired in 2004 and this shape of vase has also been discontinued for a number of years.

The Christmas Rose flower was introduced in 1984 and retired recently in 2004. The lovely design was based on an image in an antique botany book Medical Botany, Volume I by John Stevenson and James Mors Churchill.

Size	About 8" high with a 2-3/4" opening across the top. It is 4-1/2" wide at the widest point and 3" across the bottom
Transfer	Repeated on front and back. Both are perfect with no fading or scratches
Ground	Very white
Glaze	No crazing and very shiny
Chips/Cracks	There is a tiny factory caused glaze pop or hole on the top rim. It was too small to be photographed and is quite minor.
Stains	None, except a little shelf wear on the unglazed bottom ring where it sits
Use Marks	None
Other Comments	A pretty retired and large Botanic Garden vase!
