PORTMEIRION WEEPING HEARTS 10 INCH DINNER PLATE
Minty With Unusual With Botanic Garden 'Variations' Border!
|
I am pleased to offer a unique Portmeirion Weeping Hearts 10 inch dinner plate.
This lovely pattern has been discontinued for at least several years and is
now hard to find and this plate is a one of a kind rare piece.
The border on the edge is borrowed from the Botanic Garden Variations
pattern. This design was never released in the general Weeping Hearts or Botanic Garden catalog
and has an oval green 2nds backstamp. It is a one of a kind item with no flaws and no quality issues. There are no scratches, glaze wear, crazing or any other indication of use.
Weeping Hearts was based on an 18th century piece of Minton
china and introduced by Portmeirion in 1986. It has been retired for a number
of years and is one of Portmeirion's most beautiful patterns.
