BIRDS OF BRITAIN 'ROBIN' PIN DISH
Excellent Condition - A Colorful Small Bird!
|
I am happy to present a very nice Portmeirion Birds Of Britain pin dish
featuring a Robin bird.
This dish is in excellent shiny condition with no crazing or any signs of use or wear.
(Please excuse the white streak on the right side of the transfer. It is only glare from photo lighting.
The Birds Of Britain pattern
illustrations were taken from the 'Natural History Of British Birds' by
Edward Donovan which was printed in 1794.
During the late 1970's and early 1980's, Portmeirion used a numbering
system for various motifs. This bird has a number '3' under the bird.
---> ID Mark <---
It is fully marked with the blue-gray Donovan 1796 ID mark.
