BOTANIC GARDEN 7 INCH DOG ROSE CANISTER
Pink Flower With Large Bumble Bee - Super Condition!
|
I am pleased to offer a retired Botanic Garden 6.5 inch high (without the lid) Dog Rose or Rosa Canina
canister. This flower is found on salad plates and is still currently produced in the Botanic Garden range.
The canister is in excellent condition with few, if any, signs of use with a very nice tight sealing lid with no dry spots which are so common on older canister lids. Please be sure to look below for more photos and a full description.

The Dog Rose motif, famous for its huge bee, was an
original 1972 flower on salad plates and still remains in production today.
It is based on an image found in a 1835 botany book with illustrations by
William Clarke,Moral of Flowers, and written by Mrs. Hey.
