Portmeirion's Queens Hidden Garden range was taken from Marjorie Lyon's illustrations in 'The Queens Hidden Garden - Buckingham Palaces's Treasure Of Wild Plants' by David Bellamy. The book documents the 254 wild plants that grow at Buckingham Palace.

Size 3-1/2" across, 4-1/4" high, and 1-7/8" across the bottom foot
Capacity - Comfortably holds 10 oz
Transfer On both transfers, the colors are nice and bright without fading or flaw
Ground Very white
Glaze Nice and shiny glaze with no signs of crazing or other glaze flaw
Chips/Cracks None
Stains None, except possibly a very, very tiny bit of shelf wear on the unglazed bottom ring where it sits on a surface
Use Marks None
Other Comments An excellent retired Queen's Hidden Garden mug with blue flowers on front and back.

The bottom is marked with a Portmeirion Logo Queen's Hidden Garden backstamp. This backstamp was used from about 1999 until the range was discontinued.
