POMONA GRIMWOODS GEORGE ROYAL PEACH DINNER PLATE - GREAT CONDITION!
Original Plate With Brown Colored Backstamp And Borderless Design
|
I am happy to offer a very nice 'No Border' Pomona dinner plate featuring
the Grimwood's Royal George Peach fruit. It is an older plate with a brown ID mark and estimate it was made between
1982 and 1985.
It is in excellent condition with few, if any, signs of use or wear. Please be sure to look below to see a full description.
The Grimwood's Peach is still in production, but with a generic Portmeirion
backstamp and only with an Ivy border.
Pomona dishes have been produced both with and without an Ivy border. This
dish is the older borderless style. Borderless plates have been retired
and replaced by an Ivy border on the edges.
