PORTMEIRION VINTAGE 'WHAT SHALL I DRINK' GIN BOTTLE
Interesting 1960s Bottle Christie's Lime Cordial - Excellent Condition!
|
I am happy to present an unusual 9 inch high
Portmeirion Christie's Lime Cordial 'What Shall I Drink' gin bottle made in the 1960's.
It is
in very nice condition with no signs of use or flaws but does have overall very clean crazing as seen on almost all vintage
Portmeirion of this age. Please be sure to look below for close up photos of the design and a full description.
The transfer was dark and difficult to get a good clear image of the design. On the right
center, there is a vertical white streak only from photo lighting. In person, the color of the
transfer is even and consistent.
In the center of the transfer there are lots of folks happily hoisting a bottle. A complex image
with lots of detail, says:
--------------------
WHAT SHALL I DRINK?
CHRISTIE'S Lime Fruit Cordial
SUITABLE FOR ALL CLASSES AND IN ALL CLIMES
"Joy, Temperance and Repose, Slam the door in the Doctor's nose"
