BOTANIC GARDEN DOG ROSE 2 PINT LARGE STAFFORDSHIRE JUG
Useful Pitcher In Mint Condition - New With UPC Still Attached!
|
I am pleased to offer an excellent and mint Botanic Garden 2 pint Staffordshire
pitcher or jug featuring a Dog Rose or Rosa Canina flower. The large bumble
bee, found on most Dog Rose decorated items, is also present.
The pitcher is mint and new with the UPC code still attached!
The Dog Rose motif, famous for its huge bee, was an
original 1972 flower on salad plates and still remains in production today.
It is based on an image found in a 1835 botany book with illustrations by
William Clarke,Moral of Flowers, and written by Mrs. Hey.
