PORTMEIRION VINTAGE MAYFLOWER SHIP IMPERIAL MUG OR TANKARD
Flat Black With Gold Ship On Front And Map On Back - Excellent Condition!
|
I am pleased to offer an excellent vintage early 1970's Portmeirion Imperial mug or tankard. On a black ground, it carries a
gold Mayflower ship on the front and map of the ship's path across the Atlantic Ocean on the back. It was produced to commorate the landing of the Mayflower in 1690.
It is in wonderful condition with no flaws or wear. The gold transfers are intricate and are in excellent condition with no rubs or missing gold.
The gold decorations are likely real
gold paint as was used on many vintage Portmeirion pieces back in the 1960's.
