I am pleased to offer a Millennium Rose limited edition 9.5 inch plate in a satin lined presentation box and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. It features the Portmeirion Rose and is unusual because it has Botanic Garden laurel on the border. This plate is the same size and shape as the standard luncheon plate.

Hard to see in the photos, there is a 1.5 inch wide flat rim all around the plate. The rim is better seen in the photo below of the plate's side.

Several different shapes - two vases, plates, and others, were created by Portmeirion to celebrate the passing of the Millennium. The plate is in wonderful unused condition and has a Botanic Garden green laurel border so would go well with your Botanic Garden collection. The edition was limited to 2,000 plates and this dish is hand numbered '0112' in gold. It comes in its green satin lined presentation box and includes a Certificate.

There is a 1-1/2" wide rim that can be seen a little better below.

There are two ribbons circling the rose motif that say:

'A ROSE FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM'
and

A facsimile of Susan Williams-Ellis' signature is also on each transfer.

Other Comments	The presentation box is in nice sturdy condition with no tears. Hard to photograph, there is a small area that has a scrape and another small space that is darker. And, the certificate is mint with no creases or other flaw. An excellent piece for the Portmeirion Millennium Rose or Botanic Garden collector!
