I am happy to offer a hard to find and mint Portmeirion Handpainted Studio Kitchen Garden 8 inch canister (without the lid) featuring a bunch of Carrots. This is the largest size canister in wonderful condition and looks brand new. The original UPC code is still attached to the bottom.


The Kitchen Garden pattern was introduced sometime after 1994 as a one of several hand painted Portmeirion Studio Hand Painted patterns. Debbie Wood was the designer and many pieces are signed with the initials DW, but am not sure the designer is also the paintress. Unfortunately, most this high quality series was discontinued in 1997.

Other Comments	The lid is in perfect condition with no flaking or dry varnish as is so common on Portmeirion canisters and holds a very good seal. The color is a typical medium blonde color as seen on many Portmeirion canisters. A nice retired large Portmeirion Hand Painted Carrot canister!

The canister is signed on the bottom with the paintress' mark of J or 4.
