BOTANIC GARDEN GARDEN DAISY DINNER PLATE
One Of A Kind Dinner Plate - Green Laurel Edge - Flawless Condition!
|
I am pleased to offer a unique one of a kind Botanic Garden dinner plate in the Garden
Daisy or Bellis Perennis motif. The Daisy is a current bread and butter plate flower. It carries a green factory 2nds ID mark definitely because this
motif was never offered on a dinner size plate. It was produced for sale exclusively at Portmeirion's
factory store in the UK.
This plate is in shiny mint condition with no signs of use or wear.
The Daisy was an original 1972 flower on bread and butter plates and still
remains in production today. It is based on an image found in the 1835 botany
book with illustrations by William Clarke,Moral of Flowers, and
written by Mrs. Hey.
