I am pleased to offer a rare 4 inch wide Portmeirion Summer Strawberries ceramic lidded canister. The Summer Strawberries pattern was withdrawn in early 1999.

This nice piece is in excellent condition.


Ceramic lids were produced in about 1980 for a limited amount of time. They have not been produced for at least 20 years and now difficult to come by.

Size	Just a touch under 4" across the top, and 3-1/2" high including the lid
Transfer	Repeated four times around the base and once on the top - all are perfect
Ground	Very white
Glaze	Perfect, no crazing or other flaw noted
Chips/Cracks	None

Use Marks	None
Other Comments	The rubber gasket still holds a great seal and you can feel the suction when the lid it removed. A rare Ceramic Lidded canister in the discontinued Summer Strawberries pattern!

The canister is fully backstamped with the Summer Strawberries ID mark.
