I am pleased to present a large 12.5 inch melamine round serving tray featuring the 'Ingestrie Pippin' yellow apple fruit. The tray is in very nice clean condition with no stains and a very few signs of use. These older Portmeirion melamine trays tend to scratch very easily and this one does have some minor signs of use and a little loss of shine but is better than most of these types of trays.

It is about 12-1/2" across the top and has a lip on the rim of about 3/4" high.

The color on the Pippin apple is nice and bright with no fading.

The tray is in better condition than most of the older Portmeirion melamine trays. Held sideways under a very bright light and looking closely, there are only a few shallow, short, and narrow scratch lines. Very, very minor and hard to see. There is also some consistent overall loss of shine on the surface likely due to washing, however, still has some nice shine left.

The back is all white and also in very nice clean condition.

On the back there is an oval embossed ID mark that says:

'Susan williams-Ellis, Copyright Design, Made In Italy, For Portmeirion, England.
