BOTANIC GARDEN RHODODENDRON SMALL PUNCH BOWL CUP
Made Years Ago As Part Of A Punch Set - Pretty Flower!

I am pleased to offer a Rhododendron or Rhododendron Lepidotum punch bowl cup. A series of little cups were made in the 1970's to be a part of a punch set. They have been discontinued for many years and are now getting hard to find.

Portmeirion Botanic Garden Rhododendron Punch Cup

The Rhododendron flower was an original 1973 coffee cup motif and later included on a bread and butter plates in 1988. It remains in a current motif and is in production today. It was based on an image in an 1840 book,Moral of Flowers by Mrs. Hey, illustrated by William Clarke, 1835 by A. Jacquemart.
