I am pleased to offer a rare large 8 inch high Portmeirion Pomona L-Impetrice Plum Romantic shape vase. This Plum motif was retired several years ago and the romantic vase shape was retired many years ago.

The discontinued L'Impetrice Plum motif is repeated on the front and back. This is the original version of the motif with black accents on the fruit. The later version had purple accents.

Size	About 8" high with a 2-3/4" opening across the top. It is 4-1/2" wide at the widest point and 3" across the bottom
Transfer	Repeated front and back, both transfers are bright and colorful with no flaws or damage. The motif is the original with black accents on the fruit.
Ground	Very white
Glaze	Perfect, shiny with no flaws or crazing
Chips/Cracks	None
Stains	None, except for a bit of VERY minor shelf wear on the unglazed bottom foot where it sits on a surface. Please see the bottom photo below.
Use Marks	None, very clean inside and outside
Other Comments	A large hard to find retired Pomona vase featuring the discontinued L'Impetrice Plum fruit!

The bottom is marked with the original brown Goddess Of Fruit round backstamp. This backstamp was only used until about 1985. On my monitor, the ID mark color is a deeper brown than the picture.
